I can remember that when i was addmitt in Al-Ghazali Special Education Centre, i think my age was about 7 and it was a bold decision of my mother to get permission for my education. Al-Ghazali was at Faizabad at that time and the building was very much like an instituion. It is a part of my remeberings that during my stay at that building the sad incident of Ohjri Camp was took place in Rawalpindi. We witnessed that closely, as our school was very near to the Camp.
The school was shifted to Muslim Town, Sadiqabad, near Transfarmer Chowk after that incident. Ican still recall all my memories of that building as well. There was a school van for pick and drop of the students.I was one of the good students of the school as i always stood first in my class and did participate in extra-curricular as well.I started to take part in different competetions in the school at very early age and now i can say that the time spent at Al-Ghazali really gave me too much which i am still utalizing.I comleted my primary education from there in 1992.
When i left Al-Ghazali, again i was to face the question where to go? It was again my mother who took my plea to the coart of my father and after a hard process i got addmission in F.G. Boys High School No. 1, Tariqabad. It was one of the recognised schools of the area. I was up against a big channel being there and i was mentally prepared for the challenge. I fully stressed on my education from the very first day there and besides that i again took part in extra-curricular and started taking part in daily assembly of the school. I was soon acceted by my feelows and teachers and soon i was the only one who manage the assembly all alone.i remember, i used to start with tilawat(recitation of Quran), then naat(praise of the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him), then duaa(prayer) and then i myself end the assembly with national entheme.Great days those were.
To prove my educational strenght there, was a great challenge ofcource but ALLAH helped me and i kept my journey of success in the class.I again always stod first in my class, except only once in class 7th when i moved to 3rd position.I cleared my metriculation from the school having good marks 653/1100 in 1997.
I participated in many competetions of Qirat, Naat, Singing, Debates and others to represent my school and won many.One of the achievement i can mention was my win in all Pakistan speech contest in 1997.
I will always remember my school teachers in my life.May ALLAH give them all the happinesses of the life.I have concluded that i did not find such kind of teachers after that in my life but a very few.Sir Rehmat, Sir Dost Muhammad, Sir Haider Shah, and all others, they are always respectful for me.
Same is the case with friends i think.I did not find such a friendship again in my life after school friendship.We were very close to each other and we actually created an atmosphere of our own which i never can forget.
I was very hopeful that with having good numbers, i will easily get addmission in my desired collage, Sir Syed Collage Rawalpindi.But, its a long story, i couldnt get addmission there and so i was forced to join Government Gordon Collage in Engineering.Infact Sir Syed Collage was my priority and i always wished to be there during my schooling.I dint feel comfortable in Gordon Collage as i was not satisfied and with all this there were some other reasons which lead my interest in studies to a low point.As the result i left Gordon Collage after one year and one or two months i think.It was sad but i was forced for this decision.
Gordon Collage will always be in my happy memories.I learned manything from there and also i carried on my extra curricular activities there.There is a lot to remember about Gordon Collage.We used to sing, "Gordon Collage zindabad, paainda tabindabad".
I left education and infact i was thinking that now its the end for my education.I spent about 6 or more months without any educational activities.But then, dont know how, when it was the start of the enrollment of intermediat papers privately, i submitted forms and then without much preparation, i passed the inter exams from Rawalpindi Board with good marks.(672/1100)
After inter, i got addmission in International Islamic University Islamabad in LL.B.(Shariah&Law).Ithink it was a great time which i spent there.The university was at Faisal Masjid and i lived in hostel which was very near to the Masjid.Unforgetable was everything regarding hostel and i cant ever minus anything regarding that from my memories.I spent more then one year then but i was not feeling fit anywhere since i left school and so once again, due to unexplainable reasons, i left IIUI as well.Iconcider it as one of the worst decisions of my life, and i knew it when i was doing so.I will always miss IIUI. I love IIUI, and i will always proud to be a part of it for some time.There is a lot to say about my time spent there, but some other time.
I again spent some time here and there in different activities and then once again i moved back to the education when the examination were very near of the graduation.I just sent forms to Punjab University as a private candidate and again without much preparation i passed the exams with, i think, good marks.(442/800)
After graduation i was feeling much better then in the past and so i gathered all my energy and decided for masters. My ultimate wish was to get addmission in IIUI once again but due to some reasons i could not apply there.Then i applied for Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad. There was nothing special in my mind, but i was just willing for a master's degree. Anyhow, i got addmission in Pakistan Studies and completed my Masters in 2007 with 63% marks.
Right after my MSc, I got addmission MPhil Pakistan Studies but I had to left it for many reasons. Then I got admission in MPhil American Studies in the same QAU which is going on and now its my second semester.
Quaid-e-Azam University played a vital role in my life, and it gave me a lot. I wish to complete my MPhil from here and sometimes, maybe sometimes, I wish to have job here too. But ....... Ham jaisey aavaara kaha'n thehertey hain ......
